What is the name of your state? Florida

My ex-wife and myself divorced 3 years ago after 20 years of marriage. The settlement agreement was for permanent alimony (yes, I was stupid to agree to that, long story on bad legal advice). She has had a boyfriend now for about 2 years and it appears that he basically lives with her. He however owns his own place near her but stays at her house most every nite. My ex-wife has made her boyfriend an equal beneficiary (along with our grown daughter) to her only major asset, her IRA. What are people's opinions on my filing under the new Florida law that they are cohabitating and I can end or reduce the alimony.
