Moving out

What is the name of your state? Fl.

I love my Fiance with all of my heart. He loves me too. I want to marry him and move out with him.I am 16 and he is 23. He is able to take care of me and provide me with necessities. My mom doesn't beleive I can do this. She has an issue with letting go.

Now everyone says I am young, but I am mature for my age, I am not naive nor would I do anything without many backup plans if there was even slight uncertainty. We havn't had sex yet-we're waiting for marriage.

I want to move in with my boyfriend. Can anything bad happen to him for housing me if my mom decided she wants me back? I don't care what happens to me, but I don't want him in trouble because of me.

PS. Do stagutory laws apply to married couples??

your mom is legally repsonsible for you untill you are 18, which means if you move out without her permission, she can report you as a runaway, and your bf can be charged with contributing to the delinquincy of a minor and harboring a runaway.any kind of sexual contact can get your bf in a whole lot of trouble.he is an adult, you are a minor, so id suggest you advise him to keep his hands to himself, and his pants zipped, or better yet, find someone his own age before he gets into trouble with the law.im sure he does not want to listed as a lifelong sex offender, and thats what could happen if he has any kind of sexual contact with you, and somone reports it to the police.

You may want to read the newspaper now and again. There is just such a case going on in NE, I believe.

Dont you think I know that he can be in trouble? Thats why we dont have sex. If we just wanted to bone then whatever, I wouldn't be so worried about him. If we only wanted to have risky sexcapades I wouldn't go for it. Theres a differance between lust and love and I know it isn't just lust. Do you think the only reason I want to move in with him is for sex? Theres millions of guys I can have sex with, but its slim to none to find someone that I feel so deeply about and have the feeling returned. If that was the case I wouldn't be wondering what the hell I'll do. Probably end up telling ol' mommy that we're engaged and ask her to let us get married.

I know a 9 year age differance is alot for me...but 12 years is a bit of a streatch....emm...as long as your happy and stay safe!

She's talking about lucy-lu, who's 15 with a 27yo "fiance". However, they could both benefit from a few more years of English classes.
