What is the name of your state? VT...even though after reporting the harassment and the accused put on probation, was this the right thing for the company to do.....The guy found out along with his friends I reported the harassment. They treated me like crap, wrote emails calling me the rat..and so on, to the point I could not work. I go to the manager in tears letting them know they found out somehow it was me, and I say you have to do something, move me or something, or I quit. They moved me...but I still had to go into that area to work at times, part of my job. The manager said to ignore them, to suck it up. Faith

I don't think this qualifies as a duplicate post, mlane. The questions address different issues.

faith, since the company agreed to transfer you, have there been any further incidents of harassment or retaliation from this bunch? The company's legal obligation is to make the harassment cease. That does not require them to fire the harassers or structure a job for you in which you never have to encounter them.
