What is the name of your state? Florida

If I file for divorce or annulment, can I get my husband to pay all or part of the costs?

A: Yes, IF the court orders it and your husband is still around and if he has the money to pay and he follows the court order.

fLORIDA - My husband is working, living in the area but says he never has money, can I have the court to order him to pay towards the divorce?

Seniorjudge answered your questions. You can ask that he pay YOUR attorney fees, the judge MAY order it but it does not mean that he will follow the order.
