In 2001 was my ex was arrested and had to pay a purge of 1000 dollars. State cancelled the follow up hearing a month later and then nothing they told me they had no paper trail so there was nothing they can do. In feb of 2005 he was arrested for pulling a gun on the utility meter reader at his home. I found out two weeks later and began notifying the Dept of econ sec. who services my case. His court case went on from Feb to October. Everytime a new hearing was set I would call DES and tell them where and when they could find him. They did nothing. Now he is on Probation and they still will not do anything to enforce my order. My daughter just turned 10. All I've gotten from him in ten years is 1105 dollars. When I went in to inform DES about his being on probation My "case worker" literally greeted me by saying, :I cant figure out what the hell you are doing here" Who can I go to in the system to get some action taken before he disappears again?

Does he work or anything? If he doesn't and they have nothing to garnish, there's not much they can do as far as getting you any money.

Well if they don't get him in front of a Judge they'll never know will they. :p
File your own Motion with Family Court stating he is on probation and arreers are owed. Maybe the Judge will order a Warrant, then his Probation officer will get him to court.
My X owes over ten thousand dollars and has been in front of a Judge 7 times now over 4 years and nothing has been done not one penny given to me or my kids.
Good Luck

The reason I asked that is because in my state, if you have a case open with DCSS and an order to garnish (which the DCSS gets), they seem to be able to tell if someone is working by SS#. Then they just garnish what they can. I have one of those really slippery exs too. :(

Now...I don't KNOW if this will work for you ...but it did for me...
Call his probation officer and explain that there is a child support order in place and he is not paying...In Massachusetts it is a felony...In AZ ...I wasn't able to google the info...
The probation officer may be able to get him for a violation...failure to support...
When my ex was not sending my kids money, I got ahold of the Chief Probation Officer and explained what was going on...I had every bit of money that was due within 2 weeks...If he didn't pay he was going to jail....He payed damn quick!;)

Good Luck..
