What is the name of your state? NH MY husband informed me today that he wants a divorce. we have been married for 2 years, my name is not on either vehicle or the house, will i get anything? he had the house before we got married.

You will get back what sweat you put in. That's the way it should be whether you were married 2 years or 20 years.

Sounds like your husband is very astute.

moving children out of state

What is the name of your state? NH I want to take my children to florida, does anyone know the laws of taking your children out of state? I know my x husband will fight to try to make my daughter stay here.

He wants to divorce you again?

No luck

I was divorced in NH back in 2000 I was married to my husband for little over a year. He owned his own home and business. When we got divorced I was told I did not have equity into the house, that I was not entitled to any property or any of the businesses we owned because it was his before we were married. I did get custody of his three children and all of their personnel items and their beds. He did not even have to pay child support, because he relinquished all his rights to the children.
