Help I need help determing if my husband was killed

My husband was in the hospital for 2 1/2 days and I received a call telling me to get to the hospital. When I arrived the head nurse came up to me and told me "he was only with out oxygen for 1 minute. 1 minute only. He was just without oxygen only 1 minute, 1 minute only". Once I heard this I could not understand why I was being told over and over again. My husband ended up in a coma. I later found out that he was with out oxygen for 8 minutes or more. and when I would question the nurses I would get different answers and even treated rudely. Do you think I have a case? After all my husband was in intensive care and the nurses station was right across from his room. And I thought the oxygen was directly behind the bed so why did it take so long for them to get oxygen to him? And also they said they had to pump the oxygen. Whats up with that?

I never actually got to speak to an attorney. Not sure even if I have a case. After all I would be going up against a large medical center.

I am confused. Exactly when did your husband die? How did he come to be in the hospital? Was there an autopsy? What was the cause of death? When did your husband die in relation to your relationship with this grifter?

I need help quick

I was in a relationship for approx 2 months. In that time this guy stole my car.The police called this a domestic Violence dispute and that this is a civil case. They did not consider my car stolen because I let him drive it ONE time.So the police let me down. Now after a couple of weeks go by he comes to my home banging on my door about to break it in. He said he needed my help so I opened the door. Yes, I know but at that time I still cared for him. Once he got inside he put a machette (a hugh knife) to my throught and was blaming me for things I did not do or even had knowledge about. Then he proceed into my bedroom were 3 days before I had purchased a video servalliance system and he took the screen and the dvr, and an expensive gold chain and my purse. He left and I called the police right away I also told her that he had this hugh knife to my throught. They took their time and I called back and I was told the officer is waiting for a backup I was so scared he was going to come back and I had said again he had this hugh knife to my throught and she said oh that was listed on the call the first time. Can you believe that. I get let down again by the police. I told them what type of vehicle he was driving hoping they could put an all points bulletin out but guess what, no they did not. So this guy steals approx 8-10,000 out of my house and he gets away with it. Unbelievable. Only in Arizona. Then in the meantime while I'm trying to find out if and where he's trading or selling my stuff for drugs his mother goes to court gets an injuction of harassment against me and gets it... can you believe that. I have been trying to get him served for over a month..... help I'm going crazy and I'm just about to take the law into my own hands. The detective doesn't call me back or maybe its not a proiroty again this time. But I called him and left a message telling him to forget it I'll take care of it myself. Because now I believe he is out of state. They take so long and in the mean time the mother is lying to the judge she could not prove any of these acts that I'm suspected to have done. help

And your married? I think someone likes to play games on this forum.

Maybe she is married and has a boyfriend on the side.Perhaps she poisoned the husband,and thats the reason he was in the hospital.Now she wants to sue the hospital so her and her boyfriend can live happily ever after.You just never know...lol

Well she will have to answer eventually.

How come you can't answer my quetiton yet you are able to give advice to others about things like their puppy getting hit bay a car because they didn't have control of their animal, I would think that your husband's death would have higher importance to you than a stranger's puppy.

How did he come to be in the hospital?

Fluid was draining out of his legs it was horrible.

Was there an autopsy?

No. In arizona its not manadorty to have an autopsy.

What was the cause of death?

Well the doctors told me that basicly he is brain dead. And if he was to ever come out of the coma which they felt it would be unlikely he would be a vegetable. I knew from the tv with that lady in florida that he would not want to have lived like that. So the doctor told me that the best way to let him go would not to give him his dialysis. So thats what we did.

My husband passed away June 30, 2005 I met dork sometime in January 2006.

Do you have your husband's medical records?

Some of them. like I said earlier, they would only release the doctors notes. Not all of the medical records.

ya, thats it i'm crazy.... I typed up everything just has it happened and I got kicked on twice. Because it was probably to long and the site logs you off if you don't change screens i guess. but anyway then i typed it up again and i thought i had saved it. No but seriously, I was only saying that because according to the ADA ( = Americans with Disability Act) in order to be considered to have a disability who have to either:

a) Know some one who does have a disability.
b) Have an actual disability.
c) To be thought of having a disability.

Then you are eligellable to be protected under the ADA. That's what I was simply referring to. However people are going to think what they want anyway. So, go ahead and think that. I really don't care, because you don't know me or anyone else on this forum that's the good thing about it. But I can tell you and everyone else that NO I'am not crazy,
nor am I playing games either. That's no game to play telling people my husband passed away and he really did not. NO WAY. Not that way, Not that game.
