What is the name of your state? TX- The company that I work for is filing for bankruptcy, the problem that we have here is, we have a employee that likes to run her mouth to previous employees about what's going on with the company, and she also runs her mouth to the other employees, we would like for her to sign a confidentail letter stating that she is not allowed to give out the info to any previous employee or current employees as well- could someone share a website showing samples of a confidential letter , so I can get her to sign it

You can ask her to sign and she is well within her right to tell you to BITE ROCKS.

Besides, a bankruptcy is public information.

You have a diehard gossip and are in a situation where you want to keep something private - I assume until the bankruptcy is filed and becomes public.

The easiest way to do this is to either let her go or move her to a position where she is not privy to such information. Hving her sign the document will just make her conceal her indescretions.
