What is the name of your state? massachusetts. I was hit by a car in 2004 i was a pedestrian i went to chiropracter for about a year but have not gone the past ten months but i am still feeling pain can i go back even though it has been awhile . i read the staute of limitations is three years to bring a claim it is the same for seeking medical treatment.

Go to a medical doctor, like an neurologist and/or orthopedic, NOT a chiropractor.
