What is the name of your state? california

Just curious where I stand on this?

At my old company I quit because I was not getting paid properly. Not paid for overtime.

I then sued my boss and won.

I got a new job in the same industry and my old boss found out where I was working and made up a bunch of lies about me.

I was then fired by the new company? Where do I stand?

With the new company, nowhere. If you can prove your old boss did lie to the new company and those lies were the reason you got fired, you might have something there. What was said?
