What is the name of your state? AZ
I am going to install a block fence on my property. In doing so, I will need to cut through some roots from the neighbors trees. Is this acceptable if I will be exclusively on my property? Also, if the fence is on my property can the neighbor paint it on the side facing their property? :confused:

You cannot damage your neighbor's trees and he cannot trespass on your fence.
