If a spouse has filed for divorce (now separated) and and has sex with someone else and the divorce is not yet final, is that considered adultery?

My response:

Legally, no. Like California, Nevada is a "No-Fault" divorce State and does not recognize Adultery as grounds for divorce, or any other sanctionable matter. Your grounds are simply, "Irreconcilable Differences". That's it.
