Help!!! Do I have to send my kids for visitation If I know for a fact that their father has a body attachement placed on him for Child support. He did not show up to last hearing owes over 5K so the Judge ordered a body attachement and bond is 1,000.00 in Escrow. I had a problem a couple of weeks ago when he went to jail for somthing else and I had to get an emergency custody order to get my kids back from his wife when he was in Jail. I don't want to have to go through all that again, plus I do not want my kids witness him being arrested if they are with him at the time the sherriff picks him up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, you cannot withhold visitation. You can't disobey the court orders. Its also pretty unlikely that his wife would attempt to withhold the kids from you again either.
I understand your concerns, but unfortunately you really cannot violate the orders.

She tried to have me arrested for trespassing when I tried to get my kids myself. I had to bring the police and the prosecutor had to call and leave messages for her just to get her to answer the door. This is not the first time I have had these kinds of problems I have been doing this junk for almost 3 years. He has slashed my tires. told my kids that they are going to live with him real soon. He has no job has tried to claim disability but put 2 ads in the paper to work on roofs, refused to let me know where he is taking the kids. Lastly he was angry because I wouldn't let him this past weekend take the kids to one of his friends birthday parties (it was my weekend) and left me a message telling me that when the kids come and live with him if my parents were to die he will not be taking them to their funeral. He is very unstable claims he is taking 2 different kinds of morphine for his "back pain" spends most of his nights at the bar and drives past my house constantly to see if I'm home. I don't know what I have to do to get all of this to stop. And what I am explaining now is just the tip of the iceberg, I could talk for hours and people would not believe me. My parents friends look at them like they have horns growing out of their head when they tell some of the stories. I just want a normal like for me and my kids and we are nowhere close yet.
