need help badly!!! Kids being hidden!!

What is the name of your state? Illinois. I will try to be breif...iwas divorced in 2001from my ex..she moved out...she was rewarded full custody by default...i raised all 3 of our kids...she rarely seen them(maybe a few times per year)..she then removed them from thier school and took them out of state to missouri..i have her in court on the 18th of sept due to her not showing up for the prevoius court date...she had filed a bogus restraing order wich was thrown out...the guardin ad litem seems to be doing nothing...since the ex removed them from school in the 18th of may 2007...i have not seen my kids or cant find them....all the phone numbers stopped working and i cant call her work...she is doing everything she can to break the bond me and the kids have!!i am studying family law diligently...i need some type of emergency visitation or temporary order....its possible she might head to california with the new husband......HELP!!!!!

The ex does.

I wasn't sure if ANYTHING might have changed. That's why I wanted to be sure. Otherwise, he would have been liable for the child support AND had the kids. Something doesn't sound right here.

my court papers say "status conference".....she did not show on the first assigned court date...she also completly lied to the guardian ad litem...which i disproved...she is not even providing a valid adress or phone number for the school they are in...which i am trying to work with the school social worker....i cant even have luch at school with my kids due to her preventing it....

what doesnt sound right? the old divorce decree from 2001 says child support is "reserved"....whatever that means....NOW she wants child support...after taking 3 kids that didnt WANT to go with her....
