I purchased a top from an on line site. I made the order with Denise over the phone.
It was too small so I returned it and the company received it March 3, 2008.

Last Friday I received a package from the company with another top in a larger size.
I did not order this.

I was clear on the return invoice that it was a return not an exchange. I have a copy of this invoice.

I called the company this morning & explained what happen. They told me to mail it back & " I would be credited for the postage ". I asked them to schedule a UPS pick up since she told me the do have an account.. She told me that would be inconvienient.

I requested my account receive immediate credit since the original top I orderecd had been received. I was told, when they received the top I did not order, they would credit my account.

I called my credit card company & explained what happen & they put the freeze on the payment. I then found out they charged me for additional shipping charges on my credit card for the top I did not order.

I called 3 times today to find out when they were going to schedule a UPS pick up & they told me they were not going to deal with this today. They would call tomorrow.

I explained nicely I wanted immediate credit & a UPS pick up ( which would be immediate verification that it was indeed on it's way back )

Is there anything else I can do? **************. this is no way to treat a customer.

Thank youWhat is the name of your state?

Wait for them to call back -- or just send the merchandise back. They already said they would refund your shipping, why draw a line in the sand here?
