Hello people.

As a defendant in an upcoming small claims case, do I have the right to see the plaintiffs�f evidence before the scheduled court date?

I have been through a couple of these and in both cases all parties were required to show the other their evidence before standing in front of the judge.

But again, can I request this before the scheduled date?

Yes. Most courts allow you the 'normal' pre-trial discovery process.
