I am looking for a overpayment waiver case ruling in which the waiver is granted, or the overpayment amount is reduced, due (partially or in whole) to Social Security failing to act in timely manner and in accordance with its own policy.

Any other overpayment due to SGA case rulings in which the claimant was found without fault would be appreciated.

Background: SS did not follow through with review. Claimant complied with reporting requirements. Overpayment due to SGA. Case up for ALJ hearing.
