That he's asking you to do it at all should be a big flashing warning that screams DON'T DO IT.

He keeps his name off the business and you'll be the one getting sued back into the stone age when something goes wrong.

Maybe you should rethink being GF to a guy who wants to break business and tax laws, defraud people and leave you holding the bag.

Yup. I am surprised NO ONE thought to quote any of the posts.
