Hi,

I had my employer deduct $2k for the childcare flexible spending account for year 2007, but my spouse had only one pay check for 2007. Can claim this amount in my tax return or not?

Since she is didn't work full year, do I have to add this $2k to my Gross? or what should I do in this case.
