What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Was told by a CPA that I can deduct the amount in my Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA) from state that I could not from federal as it was pre-tax monies. My question is where or how do I add this back in to my NJ State Return? I am using TurboTax to prepare my taxes. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

MikeRN
