What is the name of your state? OR

Last year, my husband and I bought a brand new home. It came with a one year home warranty that said that the builder would come in and fix anything that went wrong with the home in the one years time. Our one year was up on June 1st. On May 18th, we faxed our list to the builder. After a week we didn't hear back so I called to see if they had received it. The girl that answer's their phone said yes and that the builder would be back in town that Saturday through Wed and he'd call us. We heard nothing from them. I lost their phone number and spent the next 2/5-3 weeks looking for it. I found it and called and spoke with one of the owners and he said that he'd check into it and call me back. That was a Monday, that Friday I still hadn't heard anything from him so I called him and he said they never got it and I was like that's a lie cause I called and verified. Any way, we refaxed it last Friday and I have called and left 2 messages (one today and one yesterday) asking them to call and let me know if they've received it.

We feel like this is ridiculous. Can we sue them if they won't fix it? If so, what kind of an attorney would we contact? Oh and by the way, all of our neighbors are having the same problems.

Thanks
