11 year old arraigned today first offense. Theft from auto under 300.
Any info appreciated.

what type of punishment is to be expected (the norm) for an 11 yr. old felony offender on her first offense?

Are you saying she is going to be arraigned today... are you on pins and needles and want to know whats going to happen?

Minors usually get probation...maybe Juvie Hall.. slap on the wrist.. Maybe community service... It is really hard to tell.

I think you are going to just have to see. If its today, any chance of us recommending pre-restitution actions (or something like that) is moot.
