Ohio...when i was 16 i was realy good friends with a 12yo who while i was sleeping took it upon himself to climb ontop of me and stuck his penis into my mouth which woke me up he was allowed to continue as i pretended i was still asleep at his moms house now 5 years later his mom has found out and is threatening me with law enforcement is there any defense to this or am i screwed if she goes to the cops?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Needless to say, I don't believe a word of it.

How exactly did mom discover this incident took place five years ago?

his mom found out through his sister who i had told about the events in confidence. Yes this happened more then once and is what lead up to me not seeing him on a face to face bases anymore becouse i did not want that but at the time i did not have the 'balls' as i was afraid to say no that he might kick my ass which he was fully capable of doing at the time as he had been going through different martial art's classes and self defense classes which i had not taken and i had very little experience with fighting at the time as my last fight was when i was about 6 or 7 years old ..btw his date of birth is 4/11/1992 mine being 4/15/1988...so we are still within the 4 year limit allowed by state law i'm curious if this applies to tthis situation i want this to go away and get on with my life and what little dignity i still have. Ps..And i know as a 'parent' you are viewing things with a parental view point instead of an unbiased view point...but your oponion is not what i care about it is the legal aspect's.

Ps i had an IEP(individual education plan) as i was a bit slow in school..I had been evaluated by mental health professionals on prolly 8 or 9 different occasions concerning this and they said that i was maturing slower then most of the kids my age and that my learning abilites where border line.and that my reasoning skills where far below what most 'normal' kids my age where.Which is why i was place in ld classes...Which he was not he was actualy in advanced placement classes.he had skipped a grade in elementary school becouse he was placed in such advanced classes that he actualy was attending 2 classes over at the high school when i met him.And i had met him through a tutoring program through the school...as i needed help with my math...if i remember correctly his iq tests showed his iq as 140 and mine was a mear 88.

Not only that but i also know of someone else that he was having sexual realations with before this that is closer in age to him that will even take the stand to say that "the 12yo' initiated sexual contact with him before the fact. And yet another guy closer to my age that says he tryed to get him to have sex with him after the fact..In which he refused
