What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I have a 13 year old son who has recently gotten into some trouble with the law. He has been arrested several times once for slashing tires, once for aggravated battery, once he had 9 counts of criminal trespass. and once for opening a soda machine and stealing the coin box out of it and 2 sodas. these all happened within 30 days from eachother and i have been waiting for about 90 days from the first offense. I am wanting to move my son to another state with his brothers. What are the consequences of this? and when he finally does go to court will he be able to go back to the new state he is a resident at? or will he have to stay in illinois?
what can i do?

You need to be talking with an attorney. Depending on what he has been charged with and the terms of his release, moving him out of state may be a criminal offense.

Meanwhile, if he had no problems before and suddenly got into all this trouble in a short time, I would suggest a complete physical exam.
