im 14 years old and ive been talking to a 21 year old guy. my step father threatened to put him in jail if i didnt stop talking to him. but nothing has happened between us other that talking. can he really go to jail for that??

Hon.... a 21 yo man is only interested in a 14 yo girl for one thing - and it's not your brain. Your stepfather (and hopefully your Mom) recognizes this and is looking to nip it in the bud, as he should. If your parents tell him to leave you alone and stop talking to you, and he persists, they could get a restraining order against him. If he violates that, he will find himself in court explaining to a judge why he is ignoring your parents' wishes. If he in any way tries to get you to go against your parents' wishes - he could be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. And yes, he would likely be found guilty.
