14 yr old daughter in trouble

What is the name of your state? West Virginia
I raised my daughter for 12 yrs and when she turned 13 she decided she wanted to go live with her father, her 1/2 sister (19 yrs old), and her 1/2 sisters boyfriend. I fought this decision with a lawyer knowing that if she did go her life would go down the tubes. Even though I had evidence that she had gotten drunk at the age of 12 with her sister at her fathers house among other things my lawyer presented to the judge. This family judge wanted all the copies of her diary I found this evidence in and would not hear anything about these things. I found out later that my ex's ex wife went to school with this judge and that she (his ex) wishes now that she wouldn't have helped my ex get her. My daughter has been there for a year now and I have found out she is skipping school and smoking pot!!!! This is her first year of high school and she is failing all her classes this 9 weeks. I want this judges license. I am so afraid my daughter will end up in a bad accident with a car full of kids. While skipping classes she told me she is leaving campus in vehicles with other older students. Can anyone help me before its too late?

I'm sorry, but I'm going to be blunt and to the point-

The hell with getting back at the Judge- You need to file for custody of your daughter- Period!
