What is the name of your state? Louisiana

Im dating a 20 y/o and having problems with parents. They don't consent to us dating but said we can be friends. They told him (without me knowin) not to talk to me but then told me the same day i can talk to him but as friends. So im wondering if we talk as friends is there any way that he can get in trouble for us talking? What can parents do? Please help!!

Well-adjusted adults do not date children. You're a child. What does this say about your boyfriend?

Your parents have the right to tell you who you'll talk to, who you'll see, who you'll hang with.
