undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Louisiana.
My wife walked out on myself and my two children three months ago. Two weeks ago my 15 year old daughter was deadset on living with her mom or at least wanted to 'feel the water'. She missed her mom. I know she really wanted more "rope" to run with her 19 year old boyfriend, she knew her mom would give her that and she has. I do not want her seeing this guy, he has a reputation for getting what he wants and moving on. In court, the judge allowed temporary custody of my daughter to her mom because that is what my daughter requested. Her mom is going out of town frequently to see HER boyfriend and leaving her at their place of residence alone, at which times her boyfriend will pick her up and they will go off untill 10 or 11:00 pm on a school night. Her grades are falling off badly. There are practically no rules set by her mom. Is my wife outside the law by doing these things? Do I hire an investigator? Do I take my wife back to court and try to bring my daughter back to her stable home? How? Are their charges I can bring on any parties involved? HELP! I am worried to death about my daughters future!
