What is the name of your state?Tennessee My daughter has gotten way out of control she has made it quite plain that she does not want to live her and will make mine and my mothers life miserable till she is gone. She has been arrested once for assaulting my mother. I am at the end of my rope. I have grounded her taken away all privaleges and nothing is working. what can i do to get her emancipated now, i do not think foster care is the answer so I was looking into this. Thanks :(

With the sole exception of the state of California (and it would not happen in California either under the circumstances you describe) a 15 year old cannot be emancipated.

Take the door off her room, take away her bed and dresser, and all clothes, TVs, stereos, CDs, computers, etc., and make her EARN everything back!

She can wear the one set of clothes you set out for her each day, and she can sleep on a mattress on the floor until she decides she is going to behave. No TV, no radio, no friends, no computer - nothing, until she has EARNED the privelege back again.

It is not easy to regain cointrol once it has been lost, but, it IS possible.
