I live in Texas,Im 16 years old and my mom is always mentally abusing me and some times physical.my mom claims that i never want to be at home and that i never talk to her but how can i when she will not listen. Im not even the typical teenager I do not go out to parties,I do not do drugs the only thing I do is go to my boyfriends house and chill with his mom which my mother gives me permission to do but when I get home accuses me of being a choosy Bitch and a **** up. well thats what she says. I do not want to be with her any more what will happen if I leave? is it illegal to leave when you are 16 turning 17 this year?

My mom -n- I are not on good basis she kicked me out of my house 3 times before and then called me in as a runaway. she threatens me and says that if i try to come back she'll kill me and says that I want to be with everyone else out there in the world. she claims that the only friend I should have is her but she never listens to what i have to say she expects me to get a job and give her my money or support my sister im only 16. I'll be 17 this year she says that I never do anything right she calls me a bitch and she says that im always ****ing up. im 16 a junior in high school and im about to graduate soon. i do fall short but im not perfect. what will happen if I leave? the poliece already know the story when she calls them and they just take me home. but I cant take it no more!!!!!not only does she mentally abuse me but physically sometimes to. help!!!

Call the police next time she does something. Sounds like a relative, friend's home (if the parent are willing), or a foster home would all be better options.
