Hey. Me and 2 other buddies all got caught for MIP in the state of california. We were walking 120 beers to a party and the cop stopped us. We were only charged with MIP- Minors of Possession of Alcohol. And all beers were destroyed on the scene.

What will this MIP do to us? Is it just a fine and like AA counselling? Or is it more? Any help on this?

Plus does having a past effect the outcome on the MIP?

thx asap responses plz!!!

...

Tell us about your past. What punishment did your friend get the 1st time?
At this point i would think probation and or lose of license would be possibilities.

With a prior and only 16, you obviously didn't learn a lesson and deserve the max you might have comming to you but to get any idea you will have to supply the facts.

I could almost seen them, making sure you don't get your liscense any time soon. Be prepared to pay fines as well as doing community service hours.

And your behavior doesn't impress anyone here. I'm 21 and if I ever caught one of my teenage sisters drinking underage they be in deep trouble. Here's a little advice kid, leave the beer alone until your old enough to drink it. Otherwise be looking at paying fines and losing things, like privileges.

Here's a something that could have happened. What if you or one of your underage friends drank too much, but was to drunk enough to know that you couldn't drive yourselves home. What would happen if you or they hit someone or ran into something, a building, a bridge? What if someone got hurt? What if you or one of them got hurt? What if someone died? This was a stupid mistake that you and your friends made. And granted, yeah kids and adults make stupid mistakes, but sometime those stupid mistake are the ones that ending up hurting people. And somtimes, an I'm sorry, I wont do it again, doesn't always fix things,
