What is the name of your state? Florida
I am 16 years old and my boyfriend is 18. Is there any possible way that he could go to jail for being with me? My parents have made a report to the police that I have a record of being with him so that he will be made liable of me if anything goes wrong. My parents ahve treated me bad they have hurt me. I am scared that they may try to put a restraining order upon him, is there any way that I could stop that from happening? And I really need to get away from my parents, is there any way that I could possibly do that if I am 16.

ANY possible way?? Of course there are. For example, they could file a charge that he kidnapped or 'falsely imprisoned' you.
However, if you mean solely as to your relationship, the answer is no.

If you are serious about this (and not just a perceived issue), then you should contact your local child protective agency. They will investigate, and if you are found to have TRULY been hurt, they can take steps to resolve the problem. So, how EXACTLY have you been 'hurt'???

Nope.

Yes... however, I doubt that you would qualify. For example, your parents would have to file a petition with a local circuit court. Simply, you can't do this without their permission!!

Florida law:
§743.015 Disabilities of nonage; removal:
(1) A circuit court has jurisdiction to remove the disabilities of nonage of a minor age 16 or older residing in this state upon a petition filed by the minor's natural or legal guardian or, if there is none, by a guardian ad litem.
(2) The petition shall contain the following information:
(a) The name, address, residence, and date of birth of the minor.
(b) The name, address, and current location of each of the minor's parents, if known.
(c) The name, date of birth, custody, and location of any children born to the minor.
(d) A statement of the minor's character, habits, education, income, and mental capacity for business, and an explanation of how the needs of the minor with respect to food, shelter, clothing, medical care, and other necessities will be met.
(e) Whether the minor is a party to or the subject of a pending judicial proceeding in this state or any other jurisdiction, or the subject of a judicial order of any description issued in connection with such pending judicial proceeding.
(f) A statement of the reason why the court should remove the disabilities of nonage.

They have said that they are going to tell the police that he kidnapped me, but I would have to consent to that if they were to go through with that right?

I have been hit a few times. But I don't want to say anything because I ahve a little sister who is 8.

Nope.'
So if they were to put a restraining order on him how much would that cost and how long would it take for them to make one? How long do they last too?

By the time I am 17 is it true that I could move out and they have no way of bringing me back because I am 17 and it's in Florida?

You don't have the right to consent to anything your parents do. They can report whatever they want without even letting you know.
