What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?Tennessee
My 16 year old son has been in state custody(foster care) for approx. two
months for truancy from school. It seems to me Im getting the run around about getting him out.Can somebody give some advise on what I might could do to get him out of state custody. This has got to be the hardest situation
I have ever been in. And this is the first time I have ever felt like there is nothing I can do to help him.

maybe helping his is why is in there. maybe sometimes you are just going to have to let him sweat it out. you can't bail him out for the rest of his life? If you wanted to help him why wasn't he in school and you helping make sure he was?

Mrs.djohnson,Thank you so much for your reply. It was most helpful. But just to let you know my son did have Dr. excuses and it didnt seem to matter, but I am not originally from this state of Tennessee and I really have learned more than I really wanted to know. You are from this state and know exactly what Im talking about. I reside inside Cocke Co. and that in itself should explain alot. once again thank you. :)
