What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

is it illegal for a 16 year old to stay with the night with her 18 year old boyfriend. her parent with custody is ok with it and his parents are ok with it but is there any law against it? the legal age of consent in ohio is 16 years old, so i dont know why it would be an issue, i also dont see why it would be any different than staying at a friends house.

There are no laws against dating. If the parents of the 16-year-old have no problem with their child dating her boyfriend that is all there is to it.

But since you're talking about age of consent, I assume you're not just talking about dating.
