First of all, please turn off your caps. Second of all, please tell me those kids are twins. If not then why hasn't someone called children's services on your mother:eek:

I'll take it one step further so there is no possible misunderstanding.

Alma, you absolutely, positively, without any possible question, CAN NOT move out without your mother's permission. And if your mother gives you that permission, I would fully expect that she would eventually end up facing charges of child neglect. Which she may face anyway since her 16 year old daughter clearly needs considerably more supervision than she is getting.

Being 16 with two kids shows that you are in no way mature or responsible enough to be moving out from your parent's custody.
