What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

This is actually kind've a 2 part question, so let me explain myself a bit more:

1) I am 17, and had a party which got busted by the cops because we were being just to damn buckwild with my turntables for my neighbor's tastes apparently. The cops told me I had to choose between taking all of the blame for the party or everyone getting an MIP. I naturally chose the first option because my record has been spot clean up until now, unlike a lot of my friends who would've been completely screwed by another MIP. They are going to try me as an adult because I turn 18 soon. Is there anyway to be tried as a minor? they didn't give me any of the rights of an adult at the scene, so it seems wrong that they would try me as an adult.

2) I am moving to Italy for a couple years in 2 weeks. I'm assuming they won't mail me anything by then, and they probably won't extradite me for a misdemeanor. What will I have to do? will they mail me court dates in Italy? Will the U.S. not let me go at all? Or will I just have to wait until I move back to deal with it?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
