O.k i'm 17 (i'll be 18 in 2 months) i got out on bail about a week ago and my mom requested that i be on house arrest. So they put me on house arrest I went to court on monday and my public defender said the prosicutier said i'd just be on probabtion and keep 1 of my charges instead of the 3 I got. THEN the guy that pressed charges on me didn't show up and is claiming he is going to drop them.So they rescheduled my court date untill March 1st, even though the guy is just got to go and say he wants them dropped and it's all dealt with. The thing is though last night there was a miscommunication between my mom, my case worker for my house arrest and I and they are claiming I violated house arrest. I have to appear in front of a judge tomorrow and tell her the situation I'm in, which is....I've graduated high school alread ,I just got a great full time job,and I going to start going to college. I just CAN'T get locked up. Also the other problem is my mom doesn't know if she wants me living in her house so we don't know what to do...we don't want me in juvi or any place like that but what are the other options out there? This is all scrabled up but i hope who ever reads this hears what i'm saying and asking. what do you think they'll say or do tomorrow?
