Im a resident in virginia and i was stopped for speeding(46 in a 30). I brought to the officers attention that i was moving at the rate of traffic and inquired how her selection process worked. I asked if she just picked me out of all the people who were speeding and she replied "yep thats pretty much it". I now have to go to court and niether of my parents can accompany me. Can i bring in an older sibling who is well over the age of 18 in their place? or am i out of luck?
