On 3-22-00 I was arrested on a 17 yr old FTA bench warrent for an open burg. charge. The warrent was issued in 1983. I was in prison from 83-85 86 thru 92 95-97 98-99. Can I be taken to trial on the burg. charge from 1983. Since i was in jail all that time and avalable for prosicution can the DA take this to trial?? I answered the warrent in court and the judge set a trial date for 4-10-00and released me on 5000 bail. This is in Pennsilvania. I could realy use some help
