My son is on probation for drug paraphanalia and possesion of k-2 (fake marijuana) He was put on probation and house arrest. he saw his probation officer and told him he has smoked marijuana since being put on probation. We are supposed to move out of state to oregon. the probation officer said we can not until he passes a drug test on the 28th. and he will not read it until the 10th. Can he keep us here in indiana if i have a job lined up in oregon and i want to start him in school in oregon which begins on sept 5 or 7th????
