My stepdaughter turned 18 in April, we have continued to pay child support until graduation. Now that she has graduated her Mother is saying secondary school is through college. I need to find proof (in print) that it is through high school. I contacted a family attorney and was told that secondary school IS high school. She called an attorney and was told that it is through college HELP!!!!!!
We live in Georgia.

Thanks

According to the GA Statutes, you can now petition to stop paying CS. Mother is wrong.
