Hey! My goodtimes turned to badtimes very quickly! Here's what happened: about 15 people from my college decide to go camping. I go to the spot that night with 2 other people. There is beer there (i figured as much). I have 3 beers over the course of 3 hours. Suddenly, a cop pulls up. How his cruiser made it through 10 miles of gravel and rough terrain is beyond my comprehension... The first thing he does is take our IDs. Nobody there is 21. He makes us all take breath tests. Anyone who registers above .02 is given an Underage Possession of Alcohol charge. I registered a .05% after 3 beers in 3 hours! I dont understand that. One guy sipped a whole 40 oz and blew a .008% (he is a big guy, 220, but still...) I have no record with the law. I have only had a measly parking ticket. I live in VA. Is there a way I can fight this? or should i bother? What is the most likly sentence for a clean-slate guy like me? thanks!
