What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

Hi, I've been on diversion since November '09
I was recently given a ticket in Sept. '09 at a party
I don't remember what I blew exactly, I think it was a .048 or a .053
I've been paying $50 every 2nd tuesday of each month since November
and I was required to take 2 DUI classes (I wasn't driving)
I took an 8 hour class that costed $60
but I didn't have the money to pay for the other $50 class
Now I've got court today, March, 25
I'm 20 now, I'm sure that still doesn't matter
So I have a court hearing on why I didn't finish the class I was required to finish by a certain date.
It's my first run in with the law, am I looking at any jail time?

I don't know what to say exactly, but I'm just going to tell the judge straight up why I didn't go to the class.

Any reply would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
