What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California Is there a new state law that say if you can prove that you are not the father of a baby then you don't have to pay arrears payments even if you already have a court judgement ruled against you.

My response:

Nope. Besides, whether the child is yours or not, if there's a court order to pay child support, and you're now in contempt of that court order because you failed to pay as ordered, then it's no longer a matter of whether the child is yours or not. It's a matter of your "quasi-criminal" contempt of court for failure to obey a court order - - that's what matters.

So, whether the child is yours or not, when the court gets its hands on you, you're in for the "ride of your life."
