Re the trustee now asking for 1995/1996 tax returns -- my husband could not get a hold of his lawyer but spoke to his assistant and asked if we can get an explanation from the trustee as to why these are needed. Basically told the same thing they have said all along -- the trustee can ask for whatever he wants and doesn't have to tell us why. Either you have them or you don't. We don't. Can/Will this hold up the motion to dismiss coming up?

Yes -- my husband received a notice around the same time we both got subpoenas on the deposition. The motion is scheduled for Sept. 13. However, the reasons stated are all wrong -- he does not have over $500 in disposable income, we do not spend $900/month for recreation, and the money we give to charity is divided -- it said that he paid it all. No news with about a week to go.
