My husband has child support orders for 2 different moms. The problem is that he makes very little. His cs for mom 2 is so much that he does not have enough left to pay mom one. He went to court and tried to have the cs for mom 1 figured into the calculation but they said that because he was not paying he could not add it. How do we fix this? If he is allowed to add mom 1's support ammount into mom 2's calculations it will allow him to have enough to pay both orders. He only has about 600 left after paying mom one and our rent alone is 675. The money that I make goes towards bills, the rest of the rent and food so there is no way to just pay mom 1 so that it can be added to mom 2's. Please don't go into how it is not fair that he should be allowed to add it to mom 2's because she has 2 other kids herself that takes almost 1000 a month off of her income. Is there a way to just have both parents leave off the fact that they have other children and have it figured out that way?

And my other question is that we were able to have mom 2 assigned an income of 1800 a month but the problem is that she is a college graduate. She has lied to the courts and said that she is not but we know that she is. Is there a way to have her college transcripts subpoenaed? And if so how do we go about finding out what college she got her degree from?

A: Yes to both; when husband hires a lawyer to have his child support modified, the lawyer will explain how all this is done.
