2 duis and a possible battery charge

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I had 2 duis and I am still under probation for the second one. A friend has filed a battery charge against me while I was intoxicated. Did I violate my probation? Also,will I serve all 6 months and pay the fine of $2000 for the battery charge because of my convictions? Thank you for your time and response.

Having said that, I think you violated your probation in a couple of ways... one with the assault and the second by drinking. You do remember that the judge mentioned no drinking during your probation, right?
