2 Dui's in 2 months please help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Unfortunately I got myself into a bit of a mess... 2 DUI in 2 months..I live in PA.. The First Dui was a checkpoint that they caught me at. the second dui i was pulled over for *so called* speeding . I have a lawyer and he is pretty good with dui's. I have a feeling hes not tellin me everything about the case.. lawyers are kind of like that sometimes . they dont wana tell u best case scenerio.. what can i expect from these 2 duis? whats standard? ARD classes? TIme of LISC suspension is my main concern because i have a family and i need my car to drive to work and get around. thanks if u can help

Look on the bright side. When you go to jail, you will have plenty of time to study spelling, punctuation and grammar.

The good news is that if you've not been to court on them yet, I don't know if they can hit you up with the second offense sanctions. You only get one shot at ARD and you've blown that by having two criminal charges up (a savvy lawyer might get you ARD on the first but you're not getting it for the second).
