What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

Mother & Father agreed to 50/50 custody. Mom's (me) residence was used for school registration, and child has been in the same school for 3 years. My Ex has moved in with his girlfriend and her kids, I live alone with my son (50% of the time). 2 related questions:

1. Can my Ex (as he is claiming) succeed in getting more than 50% placement (he would like 70%) because he is "providing a family"?

2. Can my Ex use the fact that at his new residence there is another child in the same grade and so our child should attend the same school to change his registration district?

Not sure that second question made sense- if clarification is needed, I'm sure someone will let me know.

No. And no. Those are not substantial changes in the life of the child. Providing a family? The child's family is his mother and father. Not whoever mom and dad happen to sleeping with at the time.
