What is the name of your state? I live in NJ. My STB ex lives in Florida. How can I find out if a divorce has been filed already in Florida? I have received nothing although she states she has started the paperwork and filed.What is the name of your state?

Do you know what county?
If so, you might be able to find that county's dockets on line. If it's a county that doesn't have that available on line, you can call the civil or domestic relations court clerk's office to ask if it has been filed.
